This is a great opportunity to not only grab a bargain but to get out of the house and enjoy!

    What Was That?

    Until 7 July 2017

    Theatrical production performed at night in the Werribee Park Mansion. Based on the true stories of the Chirnside family (19th century wealthy squatters), this play combines history, scary elements and comedy. Two actors as 'Maggie' the head maid and 'Mr Duncan' the head butler will guide you through the mansion and the story unfolds as you move from room to room. This is an exciting event full of surprises and ends with a glass of sparkling wine or soft drink.

  • Winter Festival 2017

    This Winter, the Werribee City Centre will be transformed for a weekend of fun including evening arts experiences, fantastic food and family friendly school holiday activities. Watton Street will be lit up with themed light installations and residents are being encouraged to come and walk the strip to sample fancy food offerings, watch street performers and experiencing it all to a soundscape. Loads of free entertainment, activities and fun for all the family.

  • 5000 Poppies workshop

    Lynn Berry and Margaret Knight set out to crochet a humble 120 poppies to “plant” at the Shrine of Remembrance in Melbourne for Remembrance Day in 2013. This tribute sparked a massive community outpouring with an estimated 50,000 plus contributors to the project and hundreds of smaller, local installations throughout Australia, New Zealand and beyond.
